Been using Asura since 2016, found them on Google initially and thank god I did. Was previously at Godaddy and they were literally charging 100% extra on my renewal so thats when I found Asura. Asura Has been nothing but a straight up awesome host to deal with, apart from the affordable pricing they offer, their team is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Its been a smooth 5 years so I thought I would show some love back. Thank you Asura! :)

Came into it completely skeptical and they have changed my perspective a whole lot. First off, their support is pretty damn good. They helped install and troubleshoot wordpress plugins without saying "You should do it, blabla" like most of the big hosts do like Godaddy.. so they do go beyond just the technical side of things and actually help you run your site to a certain extent. The pricing is also insanely competitive, I did opt for the smaller plan going in (Again, I was sceptical) but now im on their largest plan for about over a year, and they have been nothing but a blessing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Also I have taken a look at some past reviews, and I got to say their probably incorrect or just plain misunderstood. I also was once banned from one of Asura's server a while back, making me think my site was down but in actual fact it was because I tried too many failed login attempts so their system banned my local IP, which I is understandble for security. (Just wish they had an auto-unban somewhere in the clientarea) I simply ticketed and they got it unblocked and let me know what caused it. So I am guessing most "negative" related reviews are more prone to certain situations like that. Give them a try, honestly.

Extremely well run company, honestly the guys behind them are superb! Hosting is excellent and support is great, thought I would just show some love back for their excellent service for the time I've spent with them since 2016.

While a number of web hosting companies claim to have the best web hosting services, in actuality their customer service is poor. ...Well, not Asura Hosting though. Their customer service is superb! Of course, fast servers, great uptime and more are a given. I'd recommend Asura Hosting anytime of the day.

Just a bit hard to use for first timers, but I did contact them for some help getting wordpress up and running and they immediately helped me out and got an installation running, thought I would write something in return a couple months later once I got a feel for the product. Really good job guys! Would recommend this host to everyone looking for a solid company to save some money.

Honestly a great host, my account was provisioned on a server with literally almost everything - I managed to contact their support to help with a PHP extension (I installed a wordpress plugin that wasn't playing too nice) and got it solved within minutes!

Overall a really really good host. Been with them since 2017 and never looked back, currently have around 30 different sites hosted with them and do they save me a lot of money and are always evolving. Probably also one of the most transparent hosts I have been with, always keeping us informed on changes, maintenance, upgrades, etc so we can plan ahead. Also seeing someone reply and answer my tickets within minutes is honestly a breath of fresh air for once!

Decided to go with them last year, haven't looked back since. I contacted support a couple times as well to help out with wordpress plugins and they immediately helped me out. I have been with companies like Godaddy and hostgator, both of whom's support department lacked a lot. Asura's team seems to be on the ball and always helps you out, and they do it quick as well! Overall the product is solid and the team behind it is great.

Outstanding host. I contact them on a regular basis since making a site is not my best ability. At the start they helped me out to install wordpress, install plugins and helped guide me through the whole process. Its been a year later now and everything is still running perfect - I even upgraded to their highest tier plan to show my support. Honestly, their support and service is amazing.

Awesome support! I use WordPress and so many plugins and themes hide spyware! I've been hacked, I've been spammed, overloaded and you name it! Not once Asura support backed off giving a helping hand. Unexpensive service, five star support -non measurable luxury product for nada! Am impressed, thank you!

I have recently returned to Asura I was a customer in 2015. I thought they were a good company then and they always seemed to be doing work on their site and on servers to give the customer more which I loved. I left them because I wanted to go to a VPS and didn’t want to pay their prices but that’s not relevant. I have come back and I am currently moving all my websites back to them and I have had some issues and all i can say is there support is amazing always happy to help and they go out of their way to help you. I have been with a lot of webhosting company’s and i have talked to a lot of support staff that will not help you if it’s not to do with their company. I can happily say this is not the case with Asura they are more than happy to help if they can. A lot of companies should think about how they are doing business when Asura charge $1 for hosting and have some of the best support doesn’t make sense, I would highly recommend the company if you are starting out or you are just looking for a cheap hosting solution.

So its about 3 years since I trusted my site with Asura, at the start i was a bit cautious due to the price - but I can tell you this company is like finding a gem. Their support is amazing, prices are great and the features you get with your hosting account have literally everything you could ask for. Ty Asura!

I have found the customer support extremely obliging, very understanding and very helpful. Quick responses when we need them most!

Actually a great host. I use them for a small Minecraft community I run for our website forums, I can't actually believe how good service they offer for the price they provide. Take my word for it, try them out!

The team I dealt with (Mike and Pulat) have been nothing short of awesome. Got my site installed with wordpress and didn't hesitate to get plugins installed for me. Really haven't seen that kind of support or service from any host provider I have dealt with in the past.

One of the best cheap hosts I have ever used. Great support, helped install a SSL on my site directly after asking for assistance. Site runs perfectly.

Moved from Aruba to Asura with extreme satisfaction.
Countless of useful features and removal of tons of constraints I had with previous hosting provider:
- cPanel administration
- possibility to link to the same hosting up to 15 domains/subdomain
- possibility of connecting to external DB
- stats
- SSL for each domain (this was also on Aruba)
On top of all:
- it`s cheaper (but that`s not the most important)
- servers are much faster
- customer service is great!

When I joined Asura, I was really impressed with the speed at which I got my hosting available. As for the speed, I am a Kiwi and using a Kiwi host but since Asura was so fast I checked out the location of servers to find my Kiwihost is located in Houston, Texas, and is much slower than Asura, which is that fast that it seems installations are done almost instantly (once uploaded). Anyway, I was having some problems with an Ecommerce Open Source. John from Asura was onto it and did his best to sort the issue out which was to do with rewrite and directory locations being lost by the app. The problems were inherant to the app John advised, and I proved this by easily installing Opencart with no problems whatsoever. Amazing support. Initial impressions are a great host with support a little slow, but thats to be expected for being one of the most price competitive in the world. My recommendation - go for it!
